Hey folks, it's been a while since our news update. We've had a lot of changes in the past few months so let me give you a quick rundown.
First we would like to welcome our new "Senior Technical Manger" Andrew Raia. He will be taking over for Ian who is still working with us as a creative consultant. We would like to congratulate Ian on his new job in NYC and wish him luck.
We have a new feature on our website, zTech Support Chat. Hop in and one of our representatives will be glad to assist you. Support Chat is available 9-5/M-F. Someone may not always be in, and that is why we are in the process of developing our Support Forums. The forums should be active by the end of the month. |

| BEWARE OF THE SASSER WORM! At the beginning of this month, a new virus nicknamed the Sasser Worm hit the internet.If you are receiving errors referring to LSASS or if your computer keeps shutting itself down, it is most likely infected. You can learn more about the virus and how to protect your computer in this Microsoft bulletin. Or, of course, you can give us a call and we can clean your system and protect it from future attacks. |

| The cool folks at Time Warner have finished editing our TV spot, which was shot a couple weeks ago. The commercial will start airing in May across various cable channels in Orange County. It features Ian smashing a computer monitor with a sledgehammer and a little piece of advice - DON'T DO THAT! |

We made it safely back from beautiful Monterey, CA last night. While there, we were able to show our camera system to a handful of potential clients, including American Cooling and a chain of Marriott hotels. For fun, we went to Santa Cruz to see some gigantic Redwoods, and Syed was able to squeeze in a round of golf in Salinas.
As it turns out, we were featured on the front page of the Times Herald Record business section after the Orbit show this past Wednesday. |

The OC Chamber's Orbit Technology Expo at Pier 9 was a lot of fun. It was impressive to see what the other IT companies in the area are up to. We were able to mount 5 cameras around our booth, connected to a wireless network with a couple NVRs. We were giving demos all day. At 3:00, COO Geoff Anderson gave a presentation focusing on IP based camera technology and the differences between 2nd generation DVR and "3G" zNVR systems. Our booth was also photographed by the kind people at the Times Herald Record.
Some of us are heading to California to give camera system demos to some potential clients. We will be returning Sunday. |
